Financial Wellbeing

This Financial Wellness workshop goes beyond Financial Literacy (acquiring knowledge) to
actually helping employees to take action intentionally across broader dimensions of their
financial lives to achieve Financial Wellbeing (how they feel about the control they have over
their financial future e.g. financial stress vs financial joy). It is a balance of how people feel now (i.e. their relationship with money) and how they feel about the future. We’ll focus on 3 core
areas of i) Day-to-day finances (e.g. spending, budgeting, managing debt), ii) Financial Goals
(e.g. savings, investments, retirement, life design), iii) Risk Management (e.g. emergencies,
insurance, etc). We look at all this through the lens of what gives employees joy and purpose,
we’ll help them to future map and paint a clearer picture of the future, and finally, work these
into a long term financial plan.

Financial Bravery

This workshop is about learning how to be braver with your money and make decisions about
your future that are outside your comfort zone. If you were being braver with your money, what
would life look like? What career choices would you make? Where would you live? What would
you earn? Where would you travel to? Etc. We’ll give you the tools to help you live the life of
your dreams and show you what steps to take as a beginner.

Financial Independence

This in-depth workshop will help employees to create a personalised plan for Financial
Independence (where income from assets covers monthly living expenses) and/or the option for
Early Retirement. With more and more people worried about poor preparation for retirement,
we’ll teach the strategies we took to become financially independent at the age of 34. Broadly
speaking, we’ll explore Mindset, Skillset and Toolset. Topics will include, Life Design principles,
Behaviour Change tools, how to simplify your lifestyle and increase your savings rate, how to
become mortgage free faster, how to invest money in the stock market safely without worry,
how to maximise your career, how to reliably invest in income generating assets for Passive
Income, etc.

Financial Control

This practical workshop will help employees to take control of their finances in order to build the
core foundations necessary for building wealth. Some of the topics we cover include
understanding your relationship with money, money mindset, habits and behaviours, budgeting,
preparing for emergencies, debt free strategies, planning ahead, etc.

Financial Resilience

This workshop takes Financial Control (above) to a whole new level and further explores ways
that employees can grow their money through their careers, investing money in income
generating assets, as well as through starting a passion project or side hustle that compliments
their job in the digital age. This practical workshop will help employees to be more resilient to
emergencies or sudden changes to the economy such as rising cost of living (inflation), etc.

Side Hustle & Financial Freedom

This workshop specifically explores how creating a profitable side hustle (alongside a day job)
can help employees to not only be more productive at work but also make more money and
achieve Financial Freedom faster. We’ve taught this at Cambridge University (Judge Business
School) a few times and it always proves to be popular. We teach not only the research into
side hustles, but also practical action steps to take to start or grow a side hustle alongside a
main job sustainably.
